Shipping Information
- Letter Mail (UNTRACKED) is the default - shipped in an envelope with a stamp
- Subscribers get FREE Shipping
- Tracked shipping upgrades available at checkout
- Orders start shipping on the 10th of each month
Purchase options
- One-time purchase - you will need to purchase this listing each month you want the club
- Subscription - subscribe and you will save 5% each month plus FREE SHIPPING. You will be billed immediately upon joining and then on the 1st of each month or until you cancel
Theme reveal & enrollment
- Each month’s theme is revealed on the 1st
- You have until the end of the month to join and secure that month’s theme. Example: March’s theme is revealed on March 1st, you have until March 31st to join and receive March’s items
Cancellations: You can cancel at any time through the Customer Portal
Subscribers: If your payment fails the system will try again the next day. If it fails again your subscription will be canceled. You can resubscribe at any time.

Shipping time?
The delivery time depends on your location. All orders are shipped via USPS, but delays can sometimes extend delivery times.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery location. Prices may vary depending on the size and weight of your order as well as the destination.
*NOTE Letter Mail (Untracked) is sent in an envelope with a stamp and can take 1-4 weeks to arrive. I cannot replace lost or stolen packages so please select your preferred shipping method at checkout.
Processing time?
Bookmarks, stickers & BDWAB are shipped by me within 3-5 business days.
Everything else is shipped directly from my manufacturer within 2-7 business days.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. As a small business we do NOT accept returns or exchanges at this time. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photo proof for a replacement.
