Do you accept returns or exchanges?
As a small business I do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are final. If for any reason there is an issue with your order, please contact me and I will get back to you shortly.

Do you ship internationally?
I only ship internationally on my Etsy shop.

How long do orders take to arrive?
U.S. orders ship via USPS in a tracked package. My processing time is currently 3-5 business days, once shipped orders typically take 5-7 business days. Delays from USPS can occasionally extend delivery times beyond these estimates.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
Unfortunately, once it has been shipped, it is out of our hands. Please contact your local post office. Further action may be required, ie: filing a police report for “theft”, as “Porch Piracy” is on the rise. Package Theft is not covered by Shipping insurance and we will not replace it at our expense. Please make sure that you have entered the correct mailing address. If you didn’t receive your item due to an incorrect address, that you provided, you will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.

Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, most of our products are listed on Faire for wholesale. If you see a product you want that is not listed on Faire, then please contact me.
