Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to USA, United Kingdom & Canada.

Processing time?
Bookmarks, Stickers & BDWAB: 3-5 business days 
Everything else: 2-7 business days

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. As a small business we do NOT accept returns or exchanges at this time. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and we will discuss the best solution.

Shipping time?
The delivery time depends on your location. All orders are shipped via USPS, but delays can sometimes extend delivery times. *NOTE Letter Mail (Untracked) is sent in an envelope with a stamp, and can take 1-4 weeks.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
Lost or stolen packages will not be replaced or refunded. If you are worried about lost or stolen packages please select the tracked shipping option at checkout.
Unfortunately, once it has been shipped and handed to USPS it is out of our hands. If you chose tracked shipping you can contact your local post office. They have a system that can pinpoint your package delivery location with GPS coordinates. Further action may be required, ie: filing a police report for “theft”, as “Porch Piracy” is on the rise.

Do you make custom collage style bookmarks?
Yes! You can purchase a custom collage bookmark here.

Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, most of our products are listed on Faire for wholesale. If you see a product you want that is not listed on Faire, please contact me.

Import Taxes & Customs
Buyers must handle any customs or import taxes that may be required. We cannot be held accountable for delays caused by customs.
