Do you ship internationally?

Do you make custom collage style bookmarks?
Yes! You can purchase a custom collage bookmark here.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. As a small business we do NOT accept returns or exchanges at this time. If for any reason there is an issue with your order, please contact me and I will get back to you shortly.

Processing time?
Apparel is shipped directly from my manufacturer usually within 2-7 business days.
Everything else is handmade and shipped by me within 3-5 business days.

How long do orders take to arrive? 
The timeframe depends on where you live. All orders are shipped with USPS. Delays from USPS can occasionally extend delivery times beyond these estimates.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
Unfortunately, once it has been shipped and handed to USPS it is out of our hands. Please contact your local post office. They have a system that can pinpoint your package delivery location with GPS coordinates. Further action may be required, ie: filing a police report for “theft”, as “Porch Piracy” is on the rise. Please make sure that you have entered the correct mailing address. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, most of our products are listed on Faire for wholesale. If you see a product you want that is not listed on Faire, please contact me.

Import Taxes & Customs
Buyers must handle any customs or import taxes that may be required. We cannot be held accountable for delays caused by customs.
