Shipping time?
The delivery time depends on your location. All orders are shipped via USPS, but delays can sometimes extend delivery times.*NOTE Letter Mail (Untracked) is sent in an envelope with a stamp and can take 1-4 weeks to arrive. I cannot replace lost or stolen packages so please select your preferred shipping method at checkout.
Processing time?
Bookmarks, stickers & BDWAB are shipped by me within 3-5 business days.
Everything else is shipped directly from my manufacturer within 2-7 business days.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. As a small business we do NOT accept returns or exchanges at this time. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photo proof for a replacement.
